Whether this is your first baby or fifth, each and every experience is unique. Our goal is to provide you with a judgment-free, fully interactive childbirth class to help you begin your parenting journey feeling confident and prepared.


We know that you just want the facts. You have your own approach to birth and you want to experience it in a way that feels right to you.


Your instructor for this class is a Doula, and that means she knows evidence based education like the back of her hand. She knows physical support. She knows emotional support. Therefore, our Childbirth Education classes reflect that.


You are driven by your personal philosophies and motives and we encourage you to let your birth and parenting experience reflect your uniqueness.


We believe that your birth, like you, is going to be unique.


WHAT WILL I LEARN?

You and your partner will feel prepared for the birth you choose. Do you want an unmedicated birth and experience every surge? Would you like to receive pain medication and relax through the process? Maybe you want to have a csection and choose your baby’s birth date? In this Childbirth Education class, we will discuss all of these options and you will knowledgeable about whatever option you choose.


During class we will discuss 3 very important questions in relation to each topic:

How will it happen?

When might it happen?

Why is it happening?


This Childbirth class will help you will feel motivated and empowered to make decisions about your birth experience when you’re armed with the answers to these questions. By attending, you will leave knowing the facts and be prepared to create a birth plan that is meaningful to you.
